A professional manufacturer of rubber OTR off-road tires in Shandong suffered from unstable tire quality, low productivity and excessive raw material losses. Haifeng Automation delivered a complete renovation scheme including HF-LPM-1A1B-OTR low-pressure polyurethane foaming equipment upgrade, PU filling process optimization, intelligent PLC control and environmental supporting facilities. The systematic upgrade of 3 production lines was finished within 9 months. After reconstruction, the factory realized digital precision PU filling production, eliminated major capacity and quality bottlenecks, and successfully entered the mid-to-high-end supply chain for construction machinery.
