Upgrade of intelligent production line for high-end polyurethane synthetic leather

The customer is a leading high-end polyurethane synthetic leather manufacturer in Turkey with 19 years of experience in producing shoe leather, luggage leather and light luxury furniture leather. Its products mainly supply European light luxury brands, Spanish and Italian shoe factories, and high-end home furniture brands in the Middle East, strictly implementing EU environmental and physical standards such as REACH, RoHS, low VOC and low fogging. The original semi-automatic production lines had bottlenecks in stable high-density foaming, physical property consistency, environmental material adaptation and online process closed-loop control, limiting the growth of high-end order share. Haifeng Polyurethane Machinery customized 3 sets of XJJF series polyurethane foaming pouring production lines for the customer. Through precision metering and mixing, constant temperature closed-loop control and intelligent recipe management system, it achieved stable mass production of high-end physical properties, environmental compliance and full traceability, successfully helping the customer enter the qualified supplier list of top European brands.

This project delivered a complete polyurethane synthetic leather foaming pouring production solution. The core equipment is the Haifeng XJJF series polyurethane foaming pouring machines (3 sets in total), adopting high-precision metering pumps and dynamic mixing systems to ensure constant ratio and homogeneous mixing of A, B components and additives, achieving fine and uniform cell structure, and making key physical properties such as density, peel strength, flex resistance and hand feel highly stable. The equipment is structurally optimized for low-VOC, low-fogging and high-viscosity environmentally friendly polyurethane materials, ensuring stable delivery, sufficient mixing and complete curing, perfectly adapting to EU environmental requirements such as REACH and RoHS. Equipped with an intelligent constant temperature closed-loop control system, it precisely controls the temperature throughout the foaming and curing process, eliminates process fluctuations and ensures high uniformity of product quality across batches. It supports multi-formula storage, parameter locking and one-key recall. Switching different hardness and hand feel processes does not require repeated debugging, with 100% parameter reproducibility, greatly improving flexible production efficiency. The system automatically collects core process data such as proportioning, temperature, rotating speed and flow to form complete traceable reports, directly meeting the factory inspection audit and quality traceability requirements of European brands. Engineers from Haifeng’s headquarters traveled abroad to complete equipment installation, commissioning, process optimization and operation training. The company provides a one-year whole-machine warranty and 24-hour remote technical support, with direct delivery of key spare parts from China to ensure long-term stable operation of production lines.
