Its original 3 semi-automatic production lines produced approximately 120,000 tires annually. Haifeng Polyurethane Machinery upgraded the customer’s 3 traditional semi-automatic production lines with an integrated intelligent solution based on the HF-CPU series low-pressure foaming system (standard base model: HF-LPM-1A1B-T), combined with an 8-station rotary mold carrier for automatic material proportioning, constant-temperature pouring and online inspection. A multi-specification parameter database for 12–24 inch medical tires, high-precision metering technology and medical-grade modified polyurethane formulas enable rapid specification changeover, stable molding and medical-grade performance including antistatic and disinfectant resistance. The project also established a three-tier quality control system covering raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, together with FDA and CE certification support, on-site installation and commissioning, operator training, 24-hour technical support and regular maintenance.
